1.面向机器人物理智能与操作智能，开展灵巧操作、精细操控、物理交互等方向的前沿算法研究，探索机器人在真实物理世界中的自主操作能力。 2.研究基于视觉、触觉、力觉、本体感知等多模态信息的操作感知与决策方法，构建统一的多模态操作智能模型。 3.研究机器人操作基础模型、世界模型、行为生成模型及其训练方法，探索从大规模人类数据、机器人数据和仿真数据中学习通用操作能力。 4.针对抓取、移液、装配、工具使用、柔性物体操作等复杂任务，研究物体状态建模、动作生成、接触交互建模以及长时序任务执行方法。 5.研究真实世界物理反馈驱动的闭环学习机制，探索仿真—真实迁移、数据自动生成、强化学习及在线自适应等技术，提升机器人在未知环境中的泛化与自主学习能力。 6.结合前沿研究方向开展算法原型、实验系统和机器人平台验证，推动研究成果在真实机器人上的落地，并形成高水平论文、专利及开源成果。 7.跟踪机器人学习、具身智能、物理智能及相关人工智能领域的前沿进展，提出具有长期研究价值的新问题和新方法。

1.计算机科学、人工智能、机器人、自动化、机械工程、电子工程等相关专业博士学历，或具有同等科研能力。 2.在机器人学习、具身智能、操作智能、计算机视觉、机器学习、强化学习、生成模型等相关方向具有扎实的研究基础。 3.熟悉至少一种机器人学习或智能操作技术，包括但不限于机器人基础模型、模仿学习、强化学习、视觉语言模型、多模态模型、世界模型、扩散模型、3D视觉、触觉/力觉感知等。 4.具有较强的算法研究和问题抽象能力，能够从真实机器人任务中提炼具有普适性的科学问题，并独立完成算法设计、实验验证与研究迭代。 5.具有较强的科研产出能力，在 NeurIPS、ICLR、ICML、CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、CoRL、RSS、RA-L 等人工智能、计算机视觉、机器人领域顶级会议或期刊发表过相关研究成果者优先。 6.具备良好的科研工程能力，熟悉 Python / C++ / PyTorch 等研究工具，能够独立完成模型训练、仿真及真实机器人实验。 7.对物理世界智能、机器人操作和通用人工智能具有强烈兴趣，具备较强的自主研究能力、创新意识和跨学科协作能力。
