1. 负责资讯感知平台的需求梳理、产品设计、功能优化、测试验收及用户反馈跟进，持续提升产品能力与使用效果； 2. 参与外部合作伙伴对接，结合不同伙伴的应用场景与反馈挖掘需求，识别共性与个性需求，判断产品化价值并推动产品迭代； 3. 协同技术团队研究并推动打通信源挖掘、信源配置、信源爬取、资讯分析与信息提取、摘要生成等全流程，形成可供模型及相关应用调用的标准化、可复用资讯处理服务； 4. 按需跟进外部数据合作项目，负责需求、计划、问题清单及交付材料的管理，推动从数据收储到成果转化的各环节落地，沉淀可复制的合作经验，打造标杆性合作案例。

1.本科及以上学历，信息管理、图书情报、数据科学、计算机科学等相关专业优先； 2.具备良好的业务理解、需求分析与结构化表达能力，能够识别合作伙伴的真实需求，区分共性与个性需求，判断产品化价值，并形成清晰的需求文档、产品原型及验收标准； 3.认真负责、主动细致，具有较强的数据质量意识和结果导向，能够持续跟踪功能使用效果并推动优化直至闭环； 4.具备AI思维，能够熟练运用大模型提升需求分析、信息提取、代码生成及项目材料整理效率； 5.具备良好的沟通协调和跨团队协作能力，能够独立组织项目沟通，维护项目计划与问题清单，协调产品、技术、科研机构及合作伙伴推进项目按期落地。
