深度参与垂类大模型体系建设的核心环节，致力于将“数据”转化为可规模化生产、可度量优化的工程系统。实习生将接触前沿大模型技术，深度参与继续预训练、指令微调等阶段的数据筹备工作，其工作成果将直接赋能模型效果提升与训练成本优化。

岗位职责： 1. 数据体系建设与分类：协助设计并维护数据分类与标签体系，按领域、主题、任务类型、质量等级等维度对海量数据进行精细化管理，为前期数据质量验收提供标准。 2. 数据配比与闭环迭代：进行训练阶段的数据配比实验；协助分析模型评测结果与训练反馈，定位数据缺口与偏差，推动数据的持续优化与迭代。 3. 自动化管线研发：参与研发数据分类的自动化管线，提升数据处理的工程化效率。 4. 模型训练与微调：参与训练和微调用于数据分类、质量评估的专属大语言模型（如分类模型、打分模型等）。 5. 前沿方法调研：调研业界前沿的数据筛选与质量评估方法，为领域模型的高效训练提供数据基础。

1. 计算机、数学、统计学、人工智能等相关专业在读本科及以上学历。 2. 编程基础扎实，熟练使用 Python，熟悉 PyTorch 等主流深度学习框架，具备良好的工程实现能力。 3. 熟悉 Prompt Engineering，对大语言模型的基本原理有清晰理解。 4. 具备良好的“数据敏感度”，对文本的逻辑性、知识准确性及质量有较强的判断力。 5. 具备良好的逻辑思维能力、问题分析能力和团队沟通协作能力，自我驱动力强。 6. 实习时间充裕，每周可保证实习 4-5 天，能够连续实习 3 个月及以上。
