1. 开源影响力运营：负责中心智能体（Agent）开源项目品牌建设与影响力提升，维护项目曝光、社区口碑、开发者活跃度，沉淀高质量开源案例。 2. 新媒体内容运营：独立完成AI方向公众号排版、图文美化、稿件润色校对、推文发布，输出技术动态、开源进展、活动报道、科研成果等宣传内容。 3. 社群生态运营：负责开发者社群、高校AI社群日常维护、氛围活跃、用户答疑、活动触达，沉淀开发者与高校科创资源，提升社区粘性。 4. 视觉物料制作：熟练使用PS制作宣传海报、活动视觉物料；独立完成对外汇报PPT、宣传长图等产出，审美在线，能够高效交付物料。 5. 海外社区协同：协助维护 Hugging Face、GitHub 海外开发者社区，跟进用户互动、内容分发，拓展项目海外开源影响力。 6. 生态活动落地：协助开源Meetup、高校AI宣讲、校企科创活动执行，完成资料整理、对接沟通、复盘归档等工作。 7. 综合运营与事项管理：承担部门相关事务性工作，包括流程制度梳理、多维表格维护、会议纪要整理、各类事项跟进督办、材料归档，保障运营类工作流程顺畅落地。

1. 基础技能：掌握公众号排版、社群运营、PPT制作、海报设计、PS工具，具备独立完成图文物料的能力；具备基础文档梳理、流程整理能力。 2. 优先条件（高优先级） 1） 拥有AI领域公众号实际运营经验优先 2）具备AI开发者/高校技术社群运营实操经验优先 3）自带高校AI社团、科创团队、实验室相关资源优先 3. 加分项：了解大模型、Agent智能体技术，有Agent项目或开源项目参与经历；有海外开发者社区运营经历优先。 4. 工作细致主动，响应效率高，擅长事务跟进，可承接多线程任务，能够稳定实习6个月及以上优先。
