本岗位面向 VLA (Vision-Language-Action)、World-Action Model、VA 等具身智能前沿方向，侧重于具身大模型的数据闭环系统建设与泛化能力提升。工作以操作基座模型算法的性能验证、数据驱动迭代及真机物理世界落地为核心，包括跟进最新操作算法动态、开展真机环境下的系统评测与数据飞轮建设。实习期间，将依托面向科学实验场景的具身智能硬件基础设施与真机数采系统，完整参与从算法设计、模型训练到真机全链路泛化评测的研发工作。

岗位职责： 1、参与操作基座模型算法的研发与迭代，主导或参与模型在真实机器人硬件上的端到端数据流转与闭环联调。 持续跟进主流 VLA / WAM / VA 等前沿操作算法动态，快速复现并重点验证算法在真机环境下的实际性能、泛化能力与鲁棒性。 2、负责真机与仿真环境下的模型评测，开展基于 ROS2 的真机数采链路优化与系统通信调优，并深度参与高质量真机训练数据（如遥操作数据）的规模化构建与清洗。

1、在读本科生或研究生，计算机、自动化、机器人、人工智能等相关专业。 2、具备丰富的真机联调及数据流闭环经验，能够独立应对和解决模型在真实物理硬件上的泛化与适配难题。 3、熟练使用 ROS2 系统，精通节点通信、底层控制逻辑及机器人硬件接口对接。 4、熟悉主流 VLA / WAM / VA 等具身智能大模型，熟练掌握 LeRobot、OpenPI、StarVLA 等开源框架。 5、熟悉 Python 与 PyTorch，具备扎实的深度学习基础；了解机器人操作与计算机视觉相关算法（如抓取、物体位姿估计、点云处理、模仿学习等）。 6、能稳定实习 6 个月及以上，原则上不支持远程。

加分项（优先考虑） 1、参与并发表过具身智能相关领域的顶刊顶会文章（如 CoRL / RSS / ICRA / NeurIPS / ICLR / CVPR 等）。 2、熟悉 pi*0.6、KAI-0、ARM 等 Offline RL 后训练（Post-training）框架与对齐策略。 3、有大规模真机遥操作数据采集系统搭建经验。 4、有 CUDA 编程或模型推理加速优化经验，熟悉 TensorRT / ONNX 等工具，有 RTC 等实时部署经验，对真机控制频率、数据吞吐效率与延迟有极致追求。 5、有大规模基座模型训练经验，熟悉多卡 / 分布式训练（Megatron, DeepSpeed 等）。 6、熟悉主流具身仿真平台，如 Isaac Sim、Isaac Lab、ManiSkill、RoboCasa 等。
