1. 计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业在读硕士或博士，优秀本科生亦可。 2. 熟悉大模型及 Agent 基础技术，对强化学习、Self-Improvement、Self-Evolution 等方向有浓厚兴趣。 3. 熟练使用 Python、PyTorch 等工具，具备一定的模型训练、算法实现与实验分析能力。 4. 具备良好的科研能力和自主学习能力，有相关论文、开源项目、强化学习或 Agent 研发经验者优先。
