1.负责智能体训练与评测环境开发，支持复杂科学软件操作、7*24小时自助任务运行、代码执行、浏览器操作、工具调用及业务流程等任务场景。 2.将真实任务转化为可执行、可验证的训练任务，定义初始状态、交互接口、任务目标和执行约束。 3.开发任务判分与奖励反馈模块，确保评测准确、可追溯，识别并修复判分漏洞及任务信息泄漏。 4.建设环境隔离、初始化、重置、快照与轨迹回放能力，保障任务执行安全和实验可复现。 5.完善环境调度、并发执行、日志监控与故障恢复机制，支持大规模训练采样，提升吞吐量和稳定性。 6.与合版团队协作，分析失败轨迹与环境问题，持续扩展任务覆盖、难度层次和环境真实性。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业。 2. 熟悉 Linux、Docker 和后端开发，具备接口设计、自动化测试及并发任务处理能力，理解智能体的基本执行流程。 3. 能熟练使用 coding agent 提高效率，并能为产出内容负责，具备独立审查、验证和定位问题的能力。
