1. 研究大模型后训练关键技术，包括监督微调、强化学习，提升模型在复杂推理、代码生成及智能体任务中的能力。 2. 探索大模型自进化方法，围绕自主出题、数据合成、轨迹优化、反馈验证与迭代训练，构建模型能力持续提升的闭环。 3. 研究训练数据的质量评估、难度控制与动态筛选方法，结合模型能力短板优化数据配方与训练策略，提升训练效率和泛化能力。 4. 参与奖励模型、自动验证器及评测体系建设，分析模型失败案例，研究多轮自进化中的奖励偏差、能力退化与训练稳定性问题。 5. 跟踪相关领域前沿进展，开展算法复现、对照实验与创新研究，推动研究成果在大规模模型训练中落地，产出高质量论文或开源成果。

1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学、统计学等相关专业，具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习与数学基础。 2. 熟练掌握 Python，熟悉 PyTorch、Transformers 等框架，具备良好的代码实现、实验调试和问题分析能力。 3. 熟悉大语言模型基本原理，对监督微调、偏好优化、强化学习、合成数据或模型自进化中的至少一个方向有研究或实践经验。 4. 具备良好的英文文献阅读与算法复现能力，能够围绕研究问题设计实验、分析结果并提出改进方案。 5. 具有主动探索精神和良好的沟通协作能力；有大模型训练、推理或自动化实验流程建设经验者优先。 6.在相关领域发表高水平论文，或有高质量开源贡献、竞赛成果及完整研究项目经历者优先。
