1.深度参与模型训练数据优化的核心技术研发，包括预/中/后训练阶段的数据筛选与合成方法，提升模型在复杂场景的高阶处理能力（超过200轮次的长程任务执行、精准的复杂领域工具调用等）； 2.开展模型后训练阶段的算法研究，包括但不限于：OPD，DAPO，GSPO等RL训练方法，提升模型特别是长程规划与代码能力； 3.探索模型自进化的相关算法研究，包括但不限于：提升模型驱动的data/infra/training设施自优化，terminal world model等。

1.有强烈的技术追求和热情，希望参与解决现实世界极具挑战的问题； 2.具备优秀的研究素养和创新能力，在国际顶会或期刊发表过高质量论文； 3.有良好的工程和动手能力，能够广泛利用各种工具解决问题；

加分项 1.有大规模分布式训练相关经验、在理解算法原理的同时，也掌握实现细节者优先； 2.有ACM/NOI/超算等各类竞赛获奖经历者优先； 3.有参与基座模型训练或有行业影响力项目优先
