1.核心硬件研发：面向科学实验场景，研发低侵入式多模态数采套件与多功能末端执行器，负责从系统架构设计到嵌入式软硬件落地的全流程开发与敏捷迭代。 2.跨平台系统集成：负责多形态具身本体（含≥3种机械臂及外部设备）的选型、深度适配与系统集成，构建支持跨发现实验室分布式部署的具身智能硬件基础设施。 3.评测体系建设：搭建并优化真机部署与自动评测平台，实现从任务配置、多模态数据高精采集到模型端到端评测的一体化软硬件环境闭环。 4.全链路攻坚与对齐：攻坚并打通“硬件数采—数据处理—模型训练—真机部署”的全链路验证，保障高精度实验操作（固/液相夹持操作，末端执行精度 ＜0.1 cm，对齐回放精度 ＜1.5 cm），支撑万小时级高质量科学实验具身数据集建设。

1.教育背景：自动化、电子信息或计算机等相关专业硕士及以上学历，具备扎实的理论基础与极强的工程落地能力。 2.顶会发表经验：在具身智能、机器人或人工智能领域的顶级学术会议发表过核心论文，具备前沿学术视野。 3.软件工程底座：精通 Python 与 C/C++ 开发，熟练掌握 Linux 系统内核调优与 Docker 容器化部署，具备优秀的架构设计、代码规范与版本控制能力。 4.硬件与嵌入式能力：精通 ARM/STM32 等主流嵌入式平台底层架构及各类高频总线通信协议（SPI/I2C/UART/CAN）；具备扎实的机电联合开发能力，能独立完成复杂机器人系统（如双六轴机械臂、全向底盘）的三维结构设计（SolidWorks）与硬件电路开发调试。 5.具身算法与仿真环境：深入理解 PyTorch 框架及主流 VLA 具身大模型架构；精通 LeRobot 等控制框架，熟练使用 MuJoCo、RoboTwin 等仿真引擎开展并行多任务评测与验证。 6.真机部署与系统解耦：在机器人真实场景部署上有丰富的实战经验，精通跨机器人本体的动作空间对齐策略；能够独立完成复杂的“感知-推理-控制”全链路多线程解耦架构设计，有攻克真机时序阻塞、动作卡顿与时序畸变等工程难题的成功经验。 7.学科竞赛：曾在全国大学生智能汽车竞赛、机器人大赛等国家级核心科技赛事中担任团队技术一号位，并获得全国最高奖项。
