核心职责 ·构建Coding Agent在代码理解、Bug修复、单元测试生成、跨文件修改等SWE任务的核心能力 ·负责SWE-Pro、DeepSWE等Benchmark的评测、误差分析与效果提升 ·优化Agent多步推理与工具调用链路，提升真实Issue修复成功率

职位要求 ·硕士及以上，计算机/AI等相关专业（优秀本科生可放宽） ·扎实的编程能力（精通Python） ·熟悉Git、Linux、软件工程流程；了解LLM、Agent框架、RAG等技术 ·具备实验设计与数据分析能力，能基于Benchmark进行误差分析与迭代优化

优先条件 ·有SWE Benchmark评测、Coding Agent（如OpenHands、mini-SWE-agent等）实践经验 ·熟悉代码执行沙箱、容器化、CI/CD等技术 ·有LLM微调、强化学习、Agent轨迹数据构建经验 ·在代码生成/智能软件工程方向发表过论文者优先

加分项 ·有真实开源项目贡献或大型代码仓库开发经验 ·Kaggle/ACM等竞赛经验；可长期实习（6个月以上优先）
