1.基本条件：硕士及以上学历，计算机、信息管理、大数据、人工智能等相关专业应届毕业生，理工科背景优先；文字功底扎实，能独立撰写工作方案、申报材料、公文与新闻稿。 2.核心能力： 沟通推动——能跨部门、跨机构协调资源，把事项推到落地； 结构化思考——把复杂事项拆解为节点清晰的可执行方案； 技术转译——理解 AI 基本技术语言，转译为政府与行业听得懂的表述； 抗压严谨——适应重大节点集中冲刺，对材料口径与事实有把关意识。
