面向灵巧手与人形机器人研发全身操作基础模型，主导从多本体数据、模型训练到真机部署的完整研究链路，构建具备长程任务执行与自主恢复能力的全身自主操作系统，产出高水平论文、开源模型与标杆真机 demo。 1. 主导 VLA/WAM 的模型设计与预训练、后训练，融合双臂灵巧操作与全身移动操作能力，提升策略在复杂接触与长程任务中的泛化能力。 2. 研究世界状态预测与动作生成的联合建模，探索跨本体动作表示与策略适配，促进不同灵巧手及人形机器人平台之间的操作知识共享。 3. 建设多源操作数据闭环，整合人类第一视角视频、遥操作与多本体真机/仿真数据，优化数据质量与训练配比，支撑模型训练和持续迭代。 4. 主导操作模型的系统集成与真机调试，协同运控团队衔接灵巧手与全身执行策略，解决实时推理、动作连续性与安全执行问题。 5. 交付融合精细操作与全身移动能力的自主操作系统，开展长程任务与自主失败恢复研究，通过任务成功率、人工接管率及跨本体泛化评测验证模型能力。

1. 计算机、人工智能、机器人等相关专业背景，博士或优秀硕士优先；有突出研究成果或丰富真机研发经验者可适当放宽。 2. 在 VLA 或 WAM 的模型训练上有深入积累，理解模型架构与训练目标，对动作表示、数据配比或训练稳定性有实际优化经验，能独立设计训练方案并完成实验验证。 3. 具备灵巧手或人形机器人的真机研发经验，亲自完成过策略部署、系统调试与闭环验证，熟悉高层操作模型与底层执行策略的衔接。 4. 熟练掌握 Python/PyTorch，具备分布式训练与模型部署能力，熟悉 C++、Linux、ROS/ROS2，能够独立完成实验开发与真机问题排查。 5. 具备独立科研能力与较强自驱力，能从真机失败案例中提炼研究问题，推动数据、模型与系统的持续迭代，愿意长期投入高质量研究与自主机器人系统建设。

加分项： 1. 同时具备灵巧手与人形机器人研发经验，或完成过融合灵巧手的全身移动操作系统。 2. 有多本体模型联合训练、人类视频到机器人策略迁移，或触觉/接触信息与操作模型融合的研究经验。 3. 在 CoRL、RSS、ICRA、NeurIPS、ICLR、CVPR 等会议或 T-RO、RA-L 等期刊有相关论文发表，或有高质量开源模型与系统贡献。 4. 熟悉强化学习、sim-to-real 或全身／灵巧手运控，具备操作模型与底层执行策略协同优化经验。
