1.参与文本、多模态和智能体场景下强化学习算法的研发与优化，覆盖复杂推理、代码、指令遵循、工具调用、网页浏览和多轮交互等任务； 2.参与基于模型反馈、环境反馈和用户反馈的强化学习方案设计，探索适用于不同任务和不同模型阶段的奖励构建、策略优化和训练方法； 3.参与奖励模型、过程评价模型、结果校验模型及相关训练数据集的构建与迭代，提升反馈信号的准确性、稳定性和泛化能力； 4.负责强化学习实验的设计、执行和分析，系统评估不同算法、数据和训练配置对模型能力的影响，并推动有效方案持续迭代； 5.参与大模型强化学习训练系统的工程实现与性能优化，提升训练效率、资源利用率和实验稳定性； 6.跟踪大模型后训练和强化学习领域的最新研究进展，结合业务和模型需求推进论文复现、技术验证和方案落地。

1.计算机科学、人工智能、数学、统计等相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2.熟悉大模型后训练和强化学习相关研究工作，对文本、多模态强化学习有一定研究或实践经验； 3.了解 PPO、GRPO、RLHF、RLAIF、奖励建模、过程监督、环境反馈强化学习等方法，有大模型强化学习算法研发经验者优先； 3.熟练使用 Python、PyTorch 等编程语言和深度学习框架，熟悉 Ray、分布式训练或大模型训练系统者优先； 4.具备较强的论文阅读、实验设计、问题分析和结果判断能力，能够系统性对比相关研究成果并制定改进方案； 5.目标导向，具备良好的团队协作和沟通能力，能够承担从问题分析、方案设计到实验验证和落地迭代的完整工作； 加分项：大模型/强化学习方向发表论文、相关项目经验、ICPC/CCPC/Kaggle 等竞赛获奖、大模型研究机构实习或科研经历。
