1. 构建可执行、可检验的任务。 面向大模型Agent的训练与评测，将代码开发、办公协作、科学计算、安全等场景中的能力需求转化为具体任务，明确任务目标、初始状态、可用工具、资源约束、交付物及成功与失败判定标准。 2. 开发与部署任务环境。 完成代码仓库及版本准备、依赖安装、数据与模型资产配置、工具和API接入等工作，建设可复现、可重置、可隔离运行的容器或沙箱环境。 3. 实现自动化验收。 开发单元测试、集成测试、状态检查和结果校验模块，为训练与评测提供可靠的评分与反馈，降低误判、数据泄漏及绕过验收规则的风险。 4. 建设批量生产与运行管线。 实现环境构建、健康检查、任务调度、并发执行、超时控制、失败重试、资源回收及日志追踪，持续提升构建成功率、运行稳定性和资源利用效率。 5. 对接训练与轨迹生产。 与模型团队协作，接入Agent运行框架，支持轨迹采集、数据合成及后训练；记录工具调用、环境反馈、执行结果和版本信息，定位并解决任务、环境、接口及验收逻辑中的问题。 6. 承担工程交付。 独立完成需求拆解、技术方案、开发测试、文档及维护，沉淀可复用的任务模板、环境组件和接入规范，推动多场景任务持续上线。

1. 计算机、软件工程、人工智能或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备扎实的软件工程基础与实际项目开发经验。 2. 熟练掌握Python，熟悉Linux、Git、Docker及依赖管理，能够独立完成环境搭建、服务部署、接口联调、自动化测试和复杂故障排查。 3. 具备将实际需求拆解为可执行任务的能力，能够明确输入输出、运行条件与验收标准，并通过测试代码或校验程序判断任务是否完成。 4. 熟悉容器隔离、文件系统、进程与网络管理、权限及资源限制，能够处理环境重置、版本兼容、依赖冲突和运行不确定性等问题。 5. 具有自动化工具、任务调度、测试平台、容器平台或数据生产管线等至少一类系统的开发经验，重视可复现性、可观测性、异常处理和持续集成。 6. 了解大模型Agent的工具调用和任务执行流程，能够接入模型API或Agent运行框架，并结合日志、测试结果和执行轨迹，区分模型行为与环境、工具及验收逻辑的问题。 7. 具备独立推动工程交付和跨团队协作的能力，能够合理拆解需求、安排优先级并持续维护交付质量。

加分项： 1. 有代码、办公、科学计算或安全等场景的Agent任务集、环境、Benchmark或Harness建设经验。 2. 有大规模沙箱或容器集群、Kubernetes、分布式任务调度、环境自动构建及轨迹批量生产经验。 3. 有自动化测试、可验证奖励（RLVR）或Agent后训练系统对接经验，了解评测泄漏、奖励漏洞及不稳定测试等问题。 4. 有可展示的工程项目、开源贡献或实际落地成果；有指导工程师、学生或带领小团队交付的经验。
