岗位职责 开发无人机、轮式移动机器人的规划与控制算法，包括轨迹规划、姿态控制、轨迹跟踪及强化学习控制。 负责算法仿真与真机部署，开展系统辨识、参数调试及实验分析，优化控制精度、响应速度和稳定性。 针对模型误差、外部扰动及复杂环境，优化鲁棒、自适应及非线性控制算法，提升自主运动与环境适应能力。 开发维护运动控制软件，涵盖传感器数据处理、状态估计及控制接口，保障系统可靠运行。 协同感知、规划、嵌入式、前端及系统团队，完成数据交互、通信接口开发、可视化调试平台搭建及整机联调。 跟踪前沿技术，结合应用需求开展算法创新，推动技术迭代与产品落地。

任职要求 硕士及以上学历，自动化、机器人、航空航天、电子信息、计算机等相关专业，具备控制理论、机器人运动学与动力学及优化算法基础。 具备 PX4/ArduPilot、ROS/ROS 2 或其他机器人系统开发调试经验，能够完成平台搭建与算法验证。 熟练掌握 PID、LQR/LQG、MPC、轨迹优化、非线性控制、鲁棒控制、自适应控制或强化学习控制中的一种或多种方法，并能解决实际控制问题。 具备真机实验及算法设计到部署的完整研发经验，能够完成参数调试、数据采集分析与算法迭代。 熟练掌握 C/C++、Python，熟悉 Linux 开发环境与 Git，具备良好的编码习惯和软件工程能力。 具备问题分析与系统调试能力，能够解决控制、通信、传感器融合及软硬件协同问题。

加分项 具有无人机自主飞行、移动机器人导航、强化学习控制或 Sim2Real 迁移项目经验。 熟悉状态估计、多传感器融合（EKF/VIO/SLAM 等）及机器人感知与规划。 熟悉 PX4、MAVROS、MAVLink、ROS/ROS 2、Gazebo、Isaac Sim 等工具。 在 ICRA、IROS、RSS、RA-L、T-RO 等会议或期刊发表过相关论文。 具有 RoboMaster、Robocon 等机器人竞赛经历。
