职位描述 1.参与生命科学智能中心基因基座模型的研究与落地等工作，工作内容包括： 2.参与基因组/多组学大模型的预训练的算法研究，探索多模态对齐和生命科学大语言模型（DNA、RNA、单细胞）的训练。 3.参与多组学大模型的下游任务的应用研究，解决基因治疗、生物育种和合成生物学等重大科学问题。 4.致力于深入的多组学大模型算法创新，推动先进技术在产业的实际应用和转化。

职位要求 1.人工智能相关专业（如计算机科学、数学、统计、电子工程等）以及生物信息（如生物信息、计算生物、遗传统计、纯生物但很懂AI）的研究生，博士生优先； 2.熟悉人工智能算法尤其是大模型、自然语言处理、多模态等领域的相关研究工作和算法，拥有发表顶会论文、大模型研究工作、知名竞赛获奖、顶级研究机构或一线互联网工作经验者优先； 3.有生命科学背景或者对人工智能解决生命科学重大问题感兴趣优先，熟悉Evo、AlphaGenome、scGPT、State等生命科学工作优先； 4.具备优秀的分析和解决问题能力，良好的团队合作精神及沟通意识。
