岗位职责： 1. 参与视觉激光融合SLAM算法的研究与开发，重点开展相机、激光雷达、IMU等多传感器融合定位与建图相关技术的学习、实现与优化。 2. 参与视觉激光融合SLAM核心算法模块的开发，包括视觉特征提取与匹配、点云处理与配准、多传感器数据关联、状态估计及非线性优化等，协助完成相关算法的实现与验证。 3. 参与视觉SLAM、激光SLAM及多传感器融合SLAM开源算法的研究与复现，分析不同算法的技术特点与适用条件，协助开展算法改进与性能优化。 4. 参与SLAM算法的实验测试与性能评估，开展数据集实验、结果可视化、定位精度分析及问题排查，协助提升算法在复杂环境下的精度、鲁棒性与实时性。 5. 参与SLAM相关软件模块的开发、调试与维护，协助完成多传感器数据处理、算法接口开发、系统集成及实验验证工作。 6. 跟踪视觉激光融合SLAM及相关领域的前沿研究进展，参与技术调研、论文阅读、算法验证与技术文档整理。

任职要求 1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、机器人、自动化、电子信息、测绘工程等相关专业，具备扎实的线性代数、三维几何、概率统计、李群李代数、状态估计及非线性优化等理论基础。 2. 熟悉视觉SLAM、激光SLAM及多传感器融合SLAM的基本原理，理解多视图几何、相机成像模型、点云配准、IMU预积分、滤波状态估计及图优化等关键技术，具备相关算法研发经验。 3. 熟悉一种或多种主流SLAM算法框架，如 ORB-SLAM3、FAST-LIVO2 等，具备核心算法模块开发、修改或优化能力。 4. 具备相机、激光雷达、IMU等多传感器数据处理与融合经验，熟悉传感器时空同步、外参标定、坐标变换、数据关联与融合估计等技术，能够独立分析和解决多传感器融合中的关键问题。 5. 熟悉 C++ 或 Python 编程语言，具备 Linux 环境下的基本开发能力，了解 Eigen、OpenCV、PCL、ROS/ROS2 等常用开发库或工具中的一种或多种，具备基本的代码阅读、调试与问题分析能力。 6. 具备良好的学习能力、技术钻研精神和团队协作意识，能够主动阅读相关技术文献，参与算法开发、实验验证与技术问题分析。

加分项 - 具有视觉SLAM、激光SLAM或视觉激光融合SLAM相关项目、科研课题或开源算法复现经验。 - 熟悉 ESKF、IEKF、MSCKF、IMU预积分、滑动窗口优化、因子图优化等状态估计方法中的一种或多种。 - 具有 FAST-LIVO2、R3LIVE 等视觉激光融合SLAM算法的学习、复现、修改或优化经验。 - 了解视觉直接法、多视图几何、视觉重投影误差、点云几何约束等相关理论与方法。 - 具有回环检测、全局重定位、地图优化、三维重建或多模态融合感知等相关研究经验。 - 具有 ICRA、IROS、RSS、RA-L、T-RO 等相关学术论文发表或科研项目参与经历。 - 具有良好的代码实现能力，参与过相关开源项目，或具备机器人、计算机视觉、SLAM等相关竞赛经验。
