The posting

1、资源日常运营协助：协助完成通算、智算、Token 资源的申领初审、台账整理、配额登记、资源开通与回收跟进；统计资源用量、存量数据，整理基础运营报表，解答用户基础使用问题。 2、供需状态跟踪与内部用户对接：持续跟进资源供给余量、使用瓶颈、消耗趋势；常态化对接内部各业务、研发团队，挖掘真实使用诉求，维护良好协作关系，做好预期管理，优化内部用户资源使用体验。 3、文案撰写、公共信息发布与宣贯：独立撰写资源公告、规则通知、资源状态提示等管理类材料；撰写资源使用简报、阶段性资源使用报告，清晰呈现资源供需情况。 4、用户意见收集与问题闭环总结：主动收集内部用户的使用反馈、痛点及优化建议，梳理问题清单，撰写结构化问题总结，同步给资源与平台团队，并跟进整改与优化进展。 5、轻量自动化工具落地：协助运营同学使用各类 Agent 工具、自动化流程处理重复性运营工作（无需代码能力，上手即用），沉淀 FAQ、操作指引等标准化文档，提升整体运营效率。

1、本科及以上在校生，专业不限，不限制计算机类专业；公共管理、汉语言、社会工作、工商管理、人力资源、心理学等擅长沟通协调与文字工作的专业优先；市场营销，偏用户研究 / 客户关系方向优先。 2、无需技术背景、无需编程，愿意学习基础资源概念即可；核心考察沟通共情、内部用户对接能力与文字功底。 3、具备良好文字处理能力：擅长书面表达，能够独立撰写管理通知、资源使用报告、问题复盘总结，逻辑清晰，行文严谨规范。 4、长跨团队沟通、人际交往，能倾听多方诉求，平衡供需两端，口头表达与信息归纳能力良好。 5、做事细心有条理，执行力强，具备较强服务意识和闭环思维。 6、到岗要求：可全职实习，每周到岗 5 天，连续实习 3 个月及以上，时间稳定优先。

加分项： 1、具备用户调研、公文撰写、多方事项协调跟进相关项目或实践经历优先； 2、接触过自动化工具、AI Agent、简单流程优化经验优先； 3、对 AI 算力、大模型资源运营感兴趣。
