本岗位面向 VLA与 World-Action Model 方向,从事前沿机器人操作算法研究。工作以操作基座模型算法的研发与迭代为核心,包括跟进最新操作算法动态、快速复现并验证算法性能,设计与改进模型架构和训练策略,开展真机与仿真环境下的系统评测,并参与高质量训练数据的构建。实习期间将完整参与从算法设计、模型训练到部署评测的全流程研发工作。

岗位职责 1、参与操作基座模型算法的研发与迭代,包括模型架构与训练策略的设计改进； 2、跟进最新操作算法动态,快速复现并验证算法性能； 3、开展真机与仿真环境下的模型评测,参与高质量训练数据构建。

1、在读本科生或研究生,计算机、自动化、机器人、人工智能等相关专业； 2、熟悉 Python 与 PyTorch,具备扎实的深度学习基础； 3、熟悉 VLA、World-Action Model 经典工作,熟悉 LeRobot、OpenPI、StarVLA 等开源框架； 4、了解机器人操作与计算机视觉相关算法,包括但不限于机器人抓取、物体位姿估计、点云处理、模仿学习与强化学习等； 5、能稳定线下实习 6 个月及以上。

加分项 1、有机器人、机器学习相关顶会顶刊论文(CoRL / RSS / ICRA / NeurIPS / ICLR / CVPR 等)； 2、有真机遥操作数据采集经验与真机部署经验； 3、有大规模模型训练经验,熟悉多卡 / 分布式训练； 4、熟悉主流仿真平台,如Isaac Sim、Isaac Lab、ManiSkill、RoboCasa 等； 5、有 CUDA 编程或模型推理优化经验,有 RTC等实时部署经验,关注部署效率与延迟。
