Deine Aufgaben

  • Kundenservice: Du bist ebenfalls Ansprechpartner für Kunden und begrüßt sie freundlich. Du beantwortest Fragen zu Speisen und Getränken und empfiehlst Gerichte.
  • Bestellungen aufnehmen: Du nimmst eventuell auch Bestellungen von Kunden entgegen und gibst sie an die Küche oder Bar weiter. Du stellst sicher, dass die Bestellungen korrekt aufgenommen und weitergeleitet werden.
  • Kassieren: Als Kassenkraft bist du für die Abwicklung der Zahlungen verantwortlich. Du kassierst die Bestellungen der Kunden ab, gibst das Wechselgeld zurück und stellst die Quittungen aus.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden: Eine freundliche und professionelle Einstellung gegenüber Kunden ist unerlässlich. Erfahrung im Kundenservice ist ein Pluspunkt.
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Es ist wichtig, klare und präzise Informationen an Kunden, Küchenpersonal und andere Mitarbeiter weiterzugeben. Gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind erforderlich.
  • Organisationstalent: Es ist wichtig, Bestellungen und Zahlungen schnell und effektiv zu bearbeiten. Eine gute Organisation und Zeitmanagement sind entscheidend.
  • Teamarbeit: Als Teil eines Teams in der Gastronomie ist es wichtig, effektiv mit anderen zusammenzuarbeiten. Du musst bereit sein, anderen zu helfen, wenn es notwendig ist.
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit: Die Arbeit in der Gastronomie kann anstrengend sein, da sie oft lange Stunden und körperliche Arbeit erfordert. Du musst in der Lage sein, längere Zeit zu stehen, zu laufen und auch schwere Lasten zu tragen.
