Шукаємо Account Manager для української IT-компанії з понад 10-річним досвідом, яка спеціалізується на трансформації бізнесу завдяки технологічним рішенням, орієнтованим на створення цінності. Компанія працює у сферах аутсорсингу, аутстафінгу та розробки продуктів, надаючи CRM- та ERP-рішення, мобільну та веб-розробку.

Як  Account Manager, вашою основною задачею буде супровід і координація замовлень за моделлю FP (Fixed Price) на всіх етапах реалізації.

Якщо у вас є досвід або розуміння управління аутстафінговими проєктами та побудови міцних партнерських відносин, ця можливість саме для вас!

Основні обов`язки:

  • Ведення процесу співпраці з клієтом в CRM/ERP системі компанії
  • Формування інвойсів
  • Адміністрування питань з персоналом відділу R&D (відпустки, лікарняні)
  • Організація роботи команд на замовленнях
  • Контроль дотримання бюджетів (вчасно повідомляти BDM про можливі відхилення)
  • Розрахунок витрат на співробітників і підрядників у співпраці
  • Контроль за наданням послуг від партнерів
  • Допомога в онбордингу на проект
  • Формування статуту проєкту
  • Вирішення конфліктних та нестандартних ситуацій на замовлення

​Що ми очікуємо:

- Мінімум 1 рік досвіду на аналогічній посаді

- Вільне володіння українською та англійською (B2+)

- Досвід роботи з CRM/ERP-системами - Уважність до деталей

- Відмінна самоорганізація та тайм-менеджмент

- Вміння приймати рішення за обмеженої кількості інформації

- Адативність до нових обставин, здатність оперативно адаптувати стретегію до змін

-Здатність ефективно налаштовувати крос-функціональну взаємодію

Формат роботи: офіс / гібрид ЗП: $700-1,200 USD ( перегляд після випробувального)
