Job Description Summary:
William & Mary’s Advising Center supports students’ academic accomplishments across the undergraduate experience from matriculation to postgraduate fellowships. We seek a Fellowship Advisor to join our team of professional academic advisors. The Fellowship Advisor will support undergraduates and recent alums through the application and selection process for nationally competitive fellowships in collaboration with the Associate Director of Fellowships. This role combines advising, recruitment, communications, and partnership-building across academic departments, student organizations, and alumni networks. The successful candidate will also contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen the university’s national fellowship program.
