The posting

A resource Navigator contributes to AHF by directing and referring clients at risk of HIV to PrEP services and community resources for aid in behavioral health, substance use, crisis intervention, transportation, housing, and food.

A Resource Navigator enhances the reputation of AHF by providing exceptional customer service as well as maintaining and continually updating knowledge about community resources to provide the most current and effective support possible.

You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.

To be successful as a Resource Navigator it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.

The Resource Navigator will work as part of a close-knit team to overcome logistical challenges, enhancing the quality and ensuring continuity of care.
