Du übernimmst die fachliche Leitung von Montageprojekten und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team für eine termingerechte und qualitativ hochwertige Umsetzung.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Koordination von Montageeinsätzen auf Baustellen in ganz Österreich

* Führung und Einteilung von Montageteams

* Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Industrieanlagen

* Koordination der Arbeiten mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Projektleitung

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Terminvorgaben

* Dokumentation des Baufortschritts und Berichterstattung an die Projektleitung

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, nicht Bedingung)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Obermonteur_in oder leitende_r Monteur_in im Anlagenbau

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Rohrleitungsbau, Stahlbau und Maschinenbau

* Erfahrung in der Führung von Montageteams

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Österreichs

* Führerschein der Klasse B
