Job Description

We are hiring an Apartment Community Manager to lead Casa Vera in Kendall, FL.

As a Community Manager, you’ll be the business leader of your community, overseeing operations, sales, financial performance, resident experience, and team development. You’ll lead from the front, build a high-performing team, and identify opportunities to strengthen both the resident experience and overall performance of the community.

AIR offers a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance, including:

  • Expected salary range of $85,000-$95,000 + 15% target bonus opportunity. Your compensation will be based on your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the position.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of at least two direct reports, creating an environment where team members can grow and succeed.
  • Deliver an exceptional resident experience by setting a high standard for customer service and ensuring your team does the same.
  • Take ownership of the community’s financial and operational performance, including managing the budget, increasing revenue, and achieving business goals.
  • Drive leasing and sales performance, using goals and performance metrics to identify opportunities and achieve results.
  • Oversee leasing and maintenance operations while fostering strong collaboration, accountability, and day-to-day execution across the team.
  • Drive resident satisfaction and retention while ensuring the community operates in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable legal requirements.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, customer service, and property management, or a similar customer-focused industry such as hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in property management, including experience leading teams in a competitive sales and customer service environment.
  • A proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members.
  • Experience using sales processes and performance metrics to drive results.
  • A general understanding of financials, budgets, and business performance.
  • Knowledge of property management systems and technology such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Flexible schedule availability during our office hours. The typical schedule is Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m., although hours may vary based on community needs and season.
  • Reliable transportation.
