Job Description
We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sire Wellington in Haslet, TX.
We're looking for a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and delivering exceptional resident experiences. From apartment turns to troubleshooting and repairs, you'll play a key role in maintaining a community that residents are proud to call home.

What We Offer

- Expected hourly rate of $20.00 - $31.00 per hour + 15% target bonus opportunity. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

What You Will Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and fellow team members.
- Complete apartment turns to create an outstanding move-in experience for new residents.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, and other building system components.
- Respond to service requests efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and resident satisfaction.
- Perform preventative maintenance and support the overall appearance and functionality of the community.
- Assist with move-in and move-out inspections.
- Coordinate with vendors and help ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Support the development of fellow maintenance team members through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to address emergency maintenance needs.

What You Have
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing, facilities maintenance, commercial properties, hospitality, or a related environment.
- Proficiency in at least two skilled trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, or general building maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, rotating on-call shifts, and seasonal business demands.
- Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call.
- Ability to safely perform the physical demands of the position, including moving equipment, tools, materials, and appliances.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
