  • Proporcionar servicio excepcional a los residentes mientras mantienes un enfoque colaborativo y de apoyo con los miembros del equipo
  • Completar cambios de apartamentos de manera eficiente y exhaustiva para garantizar una experiencia perfecta de mudanza para los nuevos residentes
  • Diagnosticar, solucionar problemas y reparar o reemplazar componentes de plomería, eléctricos, equipos HVAC, electrodomésticos y otros sistemas del edificio con precisión y atención al detalle
  • Responder rápidamente a solicitudes de servicio de residentes y llamadas de emergencia de mantenimiento, demostrando flexibilidad y confiabilidad
  • Comunicarte efectivamente con los residentes en inglés y español, asegurando una comprensión clara de los problemas de mantenimiento y las soluciones
  • Mantener tiendas de mantenimiento organizadas y bien surtidas para minimizar tiempos de respuesta y maximizar la eficiencia
  • Asistir en la gestión de la calidad de proveedores y realizar inspecciones de mudanza según sea necesario
  • Apoyar el desarrollo y capacitación de otros miembros del equipo de mantenimiento, compartiendo conocimientos técnicos y mejores prácticas
  • Adaptar responsabilidades según el conjunto de habilidades individuales, necesidades de la comunidad, sistemas mecánicos y demandas estacionales
  • Utilizar plataformas de tecnología innovadora para priorizar tareas y servir a los residentes de manera eficiente

Qualifications

**Lo que tienes:**

  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia práctica en mantenimiento, preferiblemente en un ambiente de instalaciones o edificios
  • Habilidades técnicas competentes en al menos dos oficios como plomería, trabajo eléctrico, reparación de electrodomésticos, HVAC o carpintería
  • Fluidez en inglés y español (escrito y verbal) para comunicarte efectivamente con residentes y miembros del equipo diversos
  • Capacidad de trabajar un horario flexible, incluyendo noches, fines de semana, semanas de trabajo extendidas y turnos de guardia (mínimo una semana por mes)
  • Un medio de transporte confiable para responder a solicitudes de servicio de emergencia durante horas de guardia
  • Capacidad física y disposición para mover equipos y maquinaria pesada de manera segura
  • Licencia de conducir válida
  • Comodidad y competencia con sistemas de tecnología y herramientas digitales
