Chaque jour, dans les cabinets vétérinaires de SWISSVET Group , des équipes engagées prennent soin des animaux avec passion et exigence. Mais derrière cette qualité de soins, il y a aussi un élément clé : des équipes bien accompagnées, écoutées et soutenues.

C’est là que vous intervenez!

Dans le cadre de son développement, Swissvet Group (16 cabinets en Suisse, 140 collaborateur·trice·s) recherche son/sa futur·e Généraliste RH. Une personne de terrain, capable de faire le lien entre les équipes, les managers et les enjeux RH du groupe.

Votre rôle dans l’histoire

Vous êtes le point de contact RH au quotidien. Celui ou celle qui sécurise, structure… et surtout accompagne. Vous intervenez sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie des collaborateurs et jouez un rôle clé auprès de managers aux réalités et maturités RH variées.

Concrètement, vous :

  • Pilotez les recrutements en collaboration avec les responsables de sites
  • Accompagnez les managers dans leurs enjeux RH du quotidien (questions, situations sensibles, décisions)
  • Contribuez à structurer et harmoniser les pratiques RH du groupe
  • Gérez l’ensemble de l’administration RH, de l’entrée à la sortie des collaborateurs hors payroll
  • Assurez le suivi des absences, des assurances sociales et des éléments de paie
  • Coordonnez les relations avec les institutions et partenaires externes
  • Participez à des projets transverses (processus, formation, développement RH)

Vous disposez :

  • D’une formation en ressources humaines (brevet fédéral ou en cours, ou formation équivalente)
  • D’une expérience confirmée de 3 à 5 ans en tant que généraliste RH
  • D’une bonne maîtrise des enjeux RH opérationnels
  • D’une aisance relationnelle et d’un goût pour le terrain
