  • Lead customer and supplier issue investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor product quality performance, analyze trends, develop key metrics, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute customer quality roadmaps that align with customer expectations and business objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of quality improvements and resolution of quality-related risks.
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead supplier quality audits, including preparation, execution, reporting, and closure of audit findings.
  • Ensure timely communication of audit outcomes and corrective action plans to customers.
  • Maintain expertise in customer quality systems, supplier quality requirements, and qualification processes.
  • Support business continuity planning by ensuring qualified product sources and maintaining product qualification status.
  • Build strong relationships with customers while driving a culture of quality excellence and proactive problem-solving.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of customer and internal organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across operations, engineering, commercial teams, suppliers, third-party manufacturing partners, and quality organizations.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to responsiveness, quality excellence, and relationship management.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align quality initiatives with broader account and business strategies.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results without direct authority.
  • Ability to challenge conventional approaches, identify improvement opportunities, and implement innovative solutions.
  • Experience in industrial gases, specialty chemicals, semiconductor manufacturing, or similar process manufacturing industries.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience leading formal root cause investigations, corrective action programs, and 8D problem-solving methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), process capability analysis, and quality data analysis techniques.
  • Experience working within ISO-based quality management systems.
  • Background supporting customer quality, supplier quality, plant quality, operations, engineering, or project execution environments.
  • Experience supporting customer audits, supplier audits, qualification activities, change management, and quality risk management programs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Metrology, Statistics, or a related technical discipline; Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
