Ben jij een ervaren onderhoudstechnieker met minstens 7 jaar ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving? Wil je werken aan complexe productie-, opslag- en distributie-installaties binnen een internationale organisatie waar veiligheid centraal staat? Als Senior Onderhoudstechnieker maak je deel uit van een gespecialiseerd team van vijf onderhoudsspecialisten (Mechanical en E&I) en draag je actief bij aan de betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en continue verbetering van onze installaties.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Senior Onderhoudstechnieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en betrouwbaar functioneren van onze productie- en opslaginstallaties. Je maakt deel uit van een ervaren team van vijf onderhoudsspecialisten met expertise in Mechanical en E&I.

Je inspecteert, onderhoudt en herstelt installaties en neemt initiatief om technische problemen structureel op te lossen. Dankzij jouw ervaring draag je actief bij aan de betrouwbaarheid en continue verbetering van onze installaties.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Controleren en opvolgen van de goede werking van installaties en apparatuur, waaronder: tanks en bijbehorende apparatuur productie-installaties (pompen, compressoren, reactoren)instrumentele systemen interventiemiddelen opvang- en afvoersystemen elektrische installaties
  • Uitvoeren van eerstelijnsonderhoud aan machines en installaties
  • Pompen en compressoren reviseren
  • Analyseren en diagnosticeren van storingen en defecten
  • Oplossen van storingen en herstellen van defecten
  • Configureren en afstellen van installaties
  • Testen van installaties vóór ingebruikname
  • Correct bijhouden van werk- en onderhoudsadministratie
  • Veilig, kwaliteits- en milieubewust werken volgens procedures

Met wie werk je samen?

Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team en hebt regelmatig contact met:

  • productie
  • logistiek
  • externe leveranciers en partners

Samen zorg je voor een veilige en betrouwbare werking van de installaties.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Minstens 5-7 jaar relevante ervaring in een industriele technische omgeving (Elektrisch/Instrumentatie of Mechanisch)
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands (Andere talen zijn een plus)
  • Kennis van Microsoft Office (vereist); ervaring met SAP is een plus
  • Kennis van elektrische schakelingen
  • Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkstijl
  • Stressbestendigheid en een sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn
  • Kennis van relevante veiligheids- en technische regelgeving
