Sommaire du poste:

Sous la supervision du REAP, l’assembleur a pour mission de réaliser les opérations d’assemblage, de monter, d'ajuster et d'installer des modules et des sous-ensembles préfabriqués pour construire des aéronefs. Il travaille de manière autonome ou en équipe à partir d'un dossier technique, et doit garantir la qualité et la conformité du travail selon les normes d'Airbus Atlantique Canada.

Vos défis:

  • Réaliser l’ensemble des opérations selon les règles de santé et sécurité en vigueur ;
  • Effectuer, à partir d’un dossier de fabrication, l’assemblage de sous-ensembles et d’ensembles structuraux de cellules et systèmes d’aéronefs ;
  • Adapter le travail à des types de montage variés : gros éléments de fuselage et de composants mécaniques diverses telles que composantes hydrauliques, d’alimentation en carburant et en oxygène, de contrôle, d’isolation de cabine, etc ;
  • Interpréter et lire des plans de fabrication et d'installation
  • Régler et utiliser des machines et outils manuels ou automatisés selon le travail à effectuer ;
  • S’assurer, par différents moyens de contrôle, de la conformité des ensembles par rapport au dossier de fabrication ;
  • Réaliser l’ensemble des opérations selon les règles de santé et sécurité en vigueur ;
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe .

Votre profil:

  • Diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) en Montage de structures ou en Installation de systèmes.
  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience comme ajusteur-monteur dans le domaine de l’Aéronautique ou un domaine connexe, et réussir une évaluation démontrant les habiletés techniques de base.
  • Maîtrise du langage technique aéronautique et de la lecture de plans. Bonne connaissance en assemblage de structure et des systèmes, ainsi qu'en gestion des FOD ;
  • Bonnes habiletés manuelles, très bonne dextérité, minutie et précision ;
  • Capacité d'analyse rapide pour trouver des défectuosités ;
  • Sens des responsabilités (conformité des pièces), facilité pour le travail en équipe et capacité d'adaptation. Expérience dans l’industrie aérospatiale.

● Lieu de travail : 12 000, rue Henry-Giffard, Mirabel (Québec) J7N 1H4

● Horaires : du lundi au jeudi de 05h30 à 14h00 et vendredi de 05h30 à 11h30. Vous pouvez être amené à travailler sur le quart du soir du lundi au jeudi (14h00 à 00h30). Dans ce cas-là, vous serez éligible à une prime de soir de 1,75$ tant que vous serez affecté sur le quart de soir.
