Job Description:

Serving as the foundational "Guardrails" for the Digital NA organization, you will lead the Risks, Quality, Process, and Compliance Management pillar. You will be involved in driving rigorous compliance, guaranteeing high-quality deliverables, and upholding full alignment with Airbus standards across both Airbus Commercial and Helicopters in the North American region (United States and Canada).

Meet the Team: You will collaborate across the broader Airbus Global environment and cultivate a strong worldwide network inside the Governance Community. Our team focuses on exchanging best practices, evaluating central policies, and seamlessly incorporating global standards to champion continuous improvement across North America Digital. Because these entities have dependencies with Airbus Europe and India, you will coordinate across continents and diverse cultural mindsets. The role requires an office presence 3 out of 5 days per week, with domestic travel and occasional international travel to Europe.

How We Care for You:

  • Individual Development: Upskilling and development opportunities through our global Leadership University, including unlimited access to 10,000+ e-learning courses focusing on ways to develop your employability, certifications, career path as well as the opportunity to participate in accelerated development programmes and both national and international mobility.

Your Challenges:

  • Maintain and govern the Digital Risks & Opportunities Register, identifying threats and opportunities while embedding risk management seamlessly into SAFe cadence events and PI Planning.
  • Lead the creation of Epic charters and business cases for key risk mitigation, partnering with stakeholders to execute Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and address service gaps or security vulnerabilities.
  • Direct the oversight of Digital processes in North America to ensure rigorous compliance across every stage of the product lifecycle, utilizing industry standards such as COBIT and ITIL.
  • Leverage Artificial Intelligence, data insights, and intelligent automation tools to optimize service delivery, reduce administrative loads, and enforce consistent compliance guardrails.
  • Deliver strategic leadership across quality and compliance domains, ensuring alignment with the Airbus Business Management System (BMS) and EN9100 requirements.
  • Act as the primary focal point for all digital audit engagements and regulatory assessments, steering the efforts of the Digital Quality and Compliance Specialist.
  • Synthesize complex risk environments and build comprehensive performance reporting dashboards (via Qlik Sense, Tableau, Google Studio) to provide data-driven recommendations to senior executive leadership.
  • Facilitate routine performance reviews with IT leaders and department heads to address compliance trends, resolve systemic gaps, and champion continuous operational improvement.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
