Job Description:

Airbus Defence & Space recherche un Solution Platform Lead pour rejoindre son département TCAAO – Optical Operations basé à Toulouse. Vous ferez partie d'une équipe qui participe à l'exploitation opérationnelle et commerciale de certains des satellites d'observation de la Terre les plus performants du marché, allant de la haute résolution (SPOT) à l'ultra-haute résolution (Pléiades et Pléiades Neo), sans oublier les constellations telles que CO3D et d'autres initiatives en préparation chez Airbus.

L'équipe TCAAO3 que vous rejoindrez est responsable des activités autour de la chaîne image, du Platform Engineering et des opérations des services Solutions.

Votre rôle :

Par délégation du responsable d'équipe, vous assurerez le pilotage opérationnel du pôle "Solutions & GeoInt". Vous coordonnerez au quotidien plusieurs DevOps Engineers et responsables d'exploitation avec une autorité reconnue sur la priorisation des activités et le delivery du pole. Votre objectif principal est de soutenir les ambitions du département Solutions & Future Services, à travers l'exploitation des services actuels (Farmstar, Starling…) et le développement de nouveaux produits et services, notamment autour de la géointelligence. L'enjeu est majeur : préparer l'accélération attendue du marché des solutions et la montée en puissance de l'intelligence artificielle. La vision long terme est de constituer une plateforme globale et mutualisée pour ces services, plutôt que des systèmes ad hoc développés projet par projet et cas d'usage par cas d'usage.

Tâches & responsabilités :

  • Garantir la performance opérationnelle des systèmes et services en production (disponibilité, qualité de service, respect des engagements clients / SLA).
  • Piloter l'équipe du pôle (DevOps Engineers, responsables d'exploitation) : organisation, montée en compétences, priorisation.
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la construction de la nouvelle plateforme Solutions.
  • Définir la feuille de route technique du pôle et arbitrer entre maintien en condition opérationnelle et développement de nouvelles capacités.
  • Intégrer les briques d'intelligence artificielle et de géointelligence dans l'offre de services.
  • Assurer l'interface avec les parties prenantes internes (Développement, Opérations, IT, Management) et le suivi de la relation client.
  • Piloter le budget, les fournisseurs et les indicateurs de performance du pôle.

Votre profil:

  • Titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée en management d'équipe technique et/ou en pilotage de plateformes ou services en production.
  • Maîtrise des méthodologies Agile et des cycles de développement logiciel ; une culture DevOps / cloud est un plus.
  • Excellent relationnel et fort sens de la communication pour interagir avec des équipes variées (Développement, Opérations, IT, Management).
  • Leadership, esprit de synthèse, rigueur, dynamisme et grande autonomie.
  • Sens du travail en équipe et de la relation client.
  • Français et anglais courants.
