Ihre Aufgaben

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n engagierte/n Ingenieur/in im Bereich Manufacturing Engineering. In dieser Position unterstützen Sie Zulieferer und Flugzeughersteller im Bereich der Produktion. Dabei führen Sie unter anderem technische Bewertungen durch und sind für die Meldung von Beanstandungen verantwortlich.

Ihre vielfältigen Aufgaben umfassen unter anderem die Vorbereitung, Analyse und Dokumentation von Abweichungen (Non-Conformities, NCs) während der Montage von Single-Aisle-Flugzeugen. Darüber hinaus erstellen Sie Struktur- oder Systemkonzessionen sowie Fertigungs- und Arbeitsaufträge für die Produktion. Ihre Fähigkeit, technische Bewertungen durchzuführen und eigenständige Problemlösungen zu erarbeiten, wird dabei entscheidend sein. Die Meldung von Beanstandungen aus der Struktur-, Ausrüstungs- oder Endmontage gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben. Als zentrale/r Ansprechpartner/in für interne und externe Stakeholder im Bereich der Beanstandungen bringen Sie nicht nur Ihre eigenen Ideen ein, sondern tragen auch aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Arbeitsprozesse bei.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder Studium in Flugzeugbau, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau oder ähnlichem Fachgebiet.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Manufacturing Engineering
  • Fundierte Erfahrungen mit der Identifikation und Analyse von non-conformities (NCs).
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Shopfloor, Produktion, Engineering und den Prozessen der Qualitätsabteilung.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, Google Workspace und SAP
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Lösungsorientierung.
  • Effektive Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten zur Bewertung von Prozessen und Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen.
  • Erfahrung in der Prozessoptimierung.
  • Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, effektiv in multidisziplinären Teams zu arbeiten.
  • Ein Verständnis für die Anforderungen und Standards der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie.
  • Die Fähigkeit, flexibel und schnell in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu agieren.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu interagieren.
