Ihre Aufgaben

Dank Ihnen passt jeder Handgriff in der Produktion: Helfen Sie mit, die Luftfahrt von morgen noch effizienter und sicherer zu gestalten, und übernehmen Sie eine aktive Rolle bei der Entwicklung, Bereitstellung und Qualitätsprüfung hochpräziser Fertigungsvorrichtungen und Werkzeuge (Jigs & Tools).

Das Aufgabenfeld reicht von der Konzeptentwicklung über die Integration neuer Fertigungstechnologien bis zur Unterstützung bei Realisierung und Inbetriebnahme der Vorrichtungen und Bauplätze. Neue Vorrichtungen werden entwickelt und umgesetzt sowie bestehende angepasst oder dupliziert. Bei uns gestalten Sie selbst das Umfeld, in dem Sie aufgehen – mit Arbeitsweisen, die zu Ihnen passen. Sie bleiben flexibel. Und Sie werden Teil eines Teams voller einzigartiger Menschen, die gemeinsam etwas bewegen.

Das erwartet Sie:

  • Abstimmung der J&T Anforderungen mit dem Manufacturing Engineer
  • Erstellung von J&T Konzepten auf Basis der Anforderungen für Spezifikationen als Grundlage für die nationale / internationale Ausschreibung
  • Technische Bewertung von Angeboten
  • Projektmanagement nach Meilensteinplan mit Design Reviews
  • Überwachung von Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme der Vorrichtungen
  • Durchführung des Beanstandungsmanagement und Prüfung der Dokumentation des Lieferanten
  • Im Bereich Elektrik zusätzlich Schaltpläne lesen und Fehler finden sowie Schaltschrank-Hardware prüfen

Ihr Profil

Unsere Erwartungen in Bezug auf Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen unterschieden nach Mechanik und Elektrik:

Mechanik:

  • Akademischer Abschluss in Maschinenbau / Fertigungstechnik oder entsprechende Technikerausbildung
  • 3 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Maschinenanlagenbau / Fertigungstechnik
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Catia V5 (nach Airbus Richtlinien)

Elektrik:

  • Akademischer Abschluss in Elektrotechnik oder entsprechende Technikerausbildung
  • 3 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im elektrotechnischen Bereich hinsichtlich:
  • Elektrotechnik / Sensorik / Automatisierungstechnik / Programmierung / Steuerungstechnik
  • Ein Muss ist das Verständnis von Tools wie E-Plan und SPS TIA step 7. Von Vorteil noch Tools wie WinCC / SCADA / Wallix

Beide: Ein gutes technisches Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse und Konstruktion von Betriebs - und Fertigungsmitteln, Toleranzen sowie Projektleitungsaufgaben und Zusammenarbeit in Multi Functional Teams Eigenständigkeit und Aufbereiten der Arbeitsergebnisse zu Entscheidungsvorlagen Bewusstsein für mögliche Compliance-Risiken und integres Verhalten.

Sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse und technisch gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
