The posting

About Us:

AIRE Ancient Baths are temples dedicated to the creation of the ultimate relaxation experience, where time does not exist. Inspired by the tradition of baths from ancient Roman, Greek and Ottoman civilizations, the AIRE Experience always takes place in restored historical buildings in the center of globally acclaimed cities.

At AIRE we are proud to have an international presence with 9 established centers: NYC, Chicago, London, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Sevilla, Almeria, and Vallromanes. We are already looking into the future and moving onwards, with our soon-to-be-open Toronto-2025- facility.

We are even prouder of the caring, inclusive, and familiar work environment we have created for all our employee.

Chicago Location:

Our Chicago location was designed to showcase a historic restored factory from 1902 in River West, close to the West Loop. The space has been given a new lease of life and is now part of the magical AIRE atmosphere.

The Role:

As a Spa Attendant/Link, you will play an integral role in providing clients with the AIRE Experience. You will check-in and guide clients through their bathhouse and massage experience. You will coordinate with other Spa Attendants/Links and Massage Therapists to ensure all clients are taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and provide them with a tour of the facility.
  • Coordinate treatments based on schedule of massage therapists, honoring special requests when possible.
  • Guide the clients through their experience, leading them from the baths to their massage treatments, etc.
  • Tend to the needs of the clients during their stay, keeping tabs on them and following up as necessary.

Who You Are:

  • Prior experience as a host in a spa or hospitality industry, preferred.
  • Strong customer service mentality: friendly, outgoing, and personable demeanor.
  • Energetic team player with a passion for assisting high-end clientele.
  • Skilled at anticipating the flow of business, thinking ahead, and solving problems before they occur.
  • Strong attention to detail: ensure clients have what they need, and remember the fine points of their reservations.
  • Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain flexibility with scheduling according to business needs.
  • Prior experience with reservation systems, preferred.

Why You Should Join Us:

  • Pay: $21/hour
  • United Healthcare Insurance: medical (major), dental, and vision.
  • Sick days (5).
  • Growth opportunities.
  • 401K savings plan.
  • Commuter Benefits Program.
  • Complimentary Bath Experience (once a month).
  • Employee Bath Experience discounts (including friends/family).
  • Employee Perks Program (TicketsAtWork).

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
