The posting

Airobotics is a global leader in autonomous drone solutions, delivering fully automated aerial systems for industrial, security, and critical infrastructure applications. Our operations combine advanced robotics, software, communications, and mission-critical field deployments to provide reliable autonomous drone services worldwide.

As we expand our operational capabilities, we are building a dedicated Tier 3 Integration & Support team focused on advanced troubleshooting, system integration, operational excellence and continuous improvement across customer deployments and internal systems.

We are looking for a highly technical and operationally driven Tier 3 Integration & Support Engineer to join our Operations department. This role serves as the highest escalation level for complex technical issues involving autonomous drone systems, software platforms, networking, integrations and operational workflows.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with hands-on system integration experience and cross-functional collaboration skills. You will work closely with Operations and R&D to ensure reliable system performance and successful customer operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical and operational issues.
  • Investigate and resolve advanced software, hardware, networking and integration problems.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and lead issue resolution processes.
  • Support mission-critical operational incidents and system recovery activities.

System Integration & Deployment

  • Support integration of Airobotics systems with customer environments and third-party platforms.
  • Configure, validate, and troubleshoot system interfaces, APIs, networking and operational workflows.
  • Participate in deployment planning, testing, commissioning and operational acceptance activities.
  • Collaborate with field teams during installations, upgrades and live demonstration.

Operational Excellence

  • Monitor system performance trends and identify proactive improvement opportunities.
  • Develop troubleshooting procedures, operational playbooks and technical documentation.
  • Improve support methodologies, escalation flows and operational tools.
  • Contribute to automation and optimization initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with R&D and Product teams to reproduce, analyze and resolve defects.
  • Provide technical feedback from operational environments to internal stakeholders.
  • Support knowledge transfer and mentoring for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams.
  • Participate in operational readiness and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience in Tier 3 support, system integration, technical operations, or similar technical roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities across software and hardware systems.
  • Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, routing, wireless communication).
  • Familiarity with Linux-based systems and command-line tools.
  • Understanding of APIs, system integrations and client-server architectures.
  • Ability to analyze logs, telemetry and operational data.
  • Experience working directly with physical systems in lab, field, production, or customer environments.
  • Strong technical orientation and willingness to work hands-on with systems, equipment, and field setups.
  • Experience with UAV / robotics / defense / autonomous systems - significant advantage.

Advantages:

  • Experience with robotics, drones, autonomous systems or mission-critical platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and remote monitoring systems.
  • Experience working in operational or industrial environments.
  • Scripting or automation experience (Python, Bash, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Experience supporting global deployments and customer-facing operations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
