Das 3 – Sterne Superior Haus verfügt über 34 Executive- und 112 Business Zimmer sowie eine Suite, eine Hotelbar, ein Restaurant sowie zwei mit Tageslicht durchfluteten Konferenzräumen. Zudem bietet das Hotel ein Business Center, einen Fitnessraum, eine Sauna und Massagemöglichkeiten.

Wir suchen eine flexible und freundliche Persönlichkeit als:

Facility Manager 100%

Ihr Profil Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung (z.B. Elektrotechnik, HKLS) und sind es gewohnt allein, aber auch im Team zu arbeiten?

Ihre Aufgaben Sie sind verantwortlich für die Instandhaltung des Airport Hotel Basel, dies in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Facility Manager des Grand Casino Basel. Sie führen selbstständige kleinere Reparaturen an tropfenden Wasserhähnen, Türschlössern und Ähnlichem aus und stehen täglich in einem engen Austausch mit dem Housekeeping. Ausserdem sind Sie für die Pflege des Aussenareals und des Parkhauses des Hotels zuständig. Sie koordinieren und begleiten externe Fachfirmen und stellen sicher, dass die Leistungen korrekt erbracht werden. Bei Störungen können Sie in erster Instanz Hilfe leisten und die entsprechenden Massnahmen einleiten. Darüber hinaus sind Sie für die Einhaltung der Servicevertragsleistungen im Bereich Haustechnik und für die Betriebsbereitschaft der Shuttlebusse zuständig. Sie führen tägliche Rundgänge durch, um die Funktionsfähigkeit der technischen Anlagen zu gewährleisten. Zudem bringen Sie den Führerausweis Kategorie B mit, um beim Shuttledienst zu unterstützen.
