About airSlate
airSlate is a global SaaS technology company that develops no-code workflow automation, electronic signature, and document management solutions. Our award-winning products - SignNow, pdfFiller, DocHub, altaFlow, Instapage, and US Legal Forms - serve over hundreds of millions of users and more than one million customers worldwide, helping organizations of every size digitize processes, improve efficiency, and transform how they work.
We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Ukraine and Philippines.
At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
About the role
pdfFiller helps millions of customers create, edit, manage, sign and collaborate on documents digitally. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who can connect what we build with why it matters to customers and how we win in the market.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership across positioning, go-to-market strategy, product launches, customer and competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable developing a positioning strategy, digging into customer and market data, partnering with Product on roadmap decisions, and giving GTM the tools and narratives they need to win.
What you'll be working on:
- Develop and continuously refine positioning, messaging and value propositions for pdfFiller across key customer segments and use cases.
- Translate complex product capabilities, including AI-powered functionality, into clear customer benefits and compelling commercial narratives.
- Ensure our positioning is differentiated, evidence-based and consistently reflected across the customer journey.
- Own the product marketing strategy for major launches, new capabilities and strategic initiatives from early planning through adoption.
- Define target audiences, use cases, value propositions, competitive differentiation, launch plans and success measures.
- Partner with Product early in the development process so customer and market insight informs what we build, not simply how we market it after launch.
- Build a strong understanding of pdfFiller customers, prospects, competitors and broader document productivity market.
- Conduct customer research, win/loss analysis, competitive analysis and market segmentation to identify opportunities and inform Product and GTM strategy.
- Turn customer insight and market data into recommendations leaders can act on.
- Partner with Growth and Lifecycle Marketing to improve activation, adoption, conversion, retention and expansion.
- Identify gaps between product capability and customer understanding and develop strategies to close them.
- Use data to evaluate whether positioning, launches and campaigns are changing customer behavior and contributing to business outcomes.
- Create sales narratives, competitive intelligence, battlecards, customer stories, presentations and other enablement materials that help customer-facing teams communicate pdfFiller's value effectively.
- Partner directly with Sales to understand objections, competitive pressure and customer needs and bring those insights back into Product and Marketing.
- Represent the voice of the market in product discussions.
- Partner with Product leaders to evaluate market opportunities, customer problems, competitive dynamics and potential areas of investment.
- Help the organization answer not only "Can we build this?" but "Who is this for, what problem does it solve, and why will customers choose us?"
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within SaaS, B2B software, productivity tools, document technology or a related technology category
- Demonstrated ownership of product positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy
- Experience bringing new products or major capabilities to market
- Strong understanding of SaaS customer journeys, including acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and expansion
- Experience partnering closely with Product, Sales, Growth and other cross-functional teams
- Strong customer research, market analysis and competitive intelligence capabilities
- Ability to turn complex technology into simple, compelling customer value
- Strong commercial judgment and comfort using data to make decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to operate independently in a distributed, international organization
