At AISIN Aftermarket & Service of America, Inc., you will learn time tested methods for manufacturing excellence.   • You will learn how to disassemble, inspect component parts, and/or assemble transmissions.
  • You will be trained in the use of specialty tools and gages.
  • You will learn how to use our state-of-the-art computer system for work instructions, to ensure the highest possible quality.
  • You will have the opportunity to grow with our company, as you continue to increase your knowledge of our products and operations.

Prior manufacturing or automatic transmission experience would be considered a plus but is not required.

Role Requirements:

  • Operate & use hand tools, controls and equipment.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Lift assembled transmissions & transmission components (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Prolonged standing (8-10 hours, per day)
  • Visually inspect product and components for any deformities
  • Complete quality checks using gauges, micrometers, SMART screens, etc.
