Sales & Marketing Development Representee

## Job Summary As a Sales & Marketing Development Representee, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by generating leads, supporting marketing initiatives, and building strong client relationships. This position is designed for motivated individuals seeking to launch or develop their careers in sales and marketing. The role offers comprehensive exposure to both sales and marketing functions within a dynamic environment.

## Responsibilities - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. - Generate and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. - Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities. - Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems. - Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral. - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and marketing targets.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (enrolled students may be considered for internships). - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

## Preferred Skills - Previous internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or customer service. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms. - Knowledge of CRM software. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Fluency in regional languages (Kannada, Hindi, etc.) is an advantage.

## Experience - Minimum Experience: 0 years. - Suitable for recent graduates or final-year students. - Open to candidates with internship or volunteer experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.

## Environment - Work Setting: In-office. - Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore. - Typical office environment with collaborative team interactions. - Full-Time and Internship positions available.

## Salary - ₹150,000 – ₹300,000 per annum (based on experience and role type).
