Strategy Lead - Competition

## Job Summary The Strategy Lead - Competition (Internship) will play a pivotal role in researching and analyzing competitor activities to derive actionable intelligence. This position is central to supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring the organization maintains a competitive edge in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for market research.

## Responsibilities - Conduct detailed competitor research and benchmarking across relevant markets. - Collect and analyze competitive intelligence to identify industry trends and threats. - Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations based on research findings. - Assist in formulating strategic recommendations for leadership. - Monitor industry news, publications, and other sources for relevant updates. - Support cross-functional teams with intelligence insights as needed.

## Qualifications - Strong skills in competitor research and competitive intelligence. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights. - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

## Preferred Skills - Familiarity with market research methodologies. - Prior internship or project experience in strategy or business analysis. - Knowledge of the industry relevant to the organization. - Experience with data visualization tools or platforms.

## Experience - Minimum Experience: 0 years (Freshers welcome). - Relevant Experience: Any exposure to competitor research, market intelligence, or business analysis is an advantage.

## Environment - Location: Yelhanka, Bangalore. - Work Setting: Primarily in-office. - Internship position with a start date approximately 15 days from offer acceptance.

## Salary - Estimated Salary Range: ₹80,000 – ₹150,000 (internship stipend, based on qualifications and performance).
