About Ajentik
Ajentik AI Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore healthtech company incubated at NUSX (formerly NUS Enterprise). We build Elderwise, an AI-powered Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA) platform that turns caregiver observations into structured, EMR-ready clinical summaries. Caregivers speak with our voice assistant in the browser, with no app to install. Clinicians receive a structured summary to review and file, and families receive a plain-language report. We are in pilot discussions with geriatric teams across Singapore's public healthcare clusters and the community care sector.
About the Role
As our BD Executive, you will open and move opportunities with hospitals, community care operators, nursing homes and partners, and you will do it with AI agents at your side. You will own outreach, meetings, proposals and tenders, and you will design and supervise the agent workflows that handle the repetitive work: account research, CRM updates, first drafts and reminders.
You will treat AI agents as teammates you configure, check and improve. Agents draft; people decide. Nothing reaches a customer without a human review, and for most of what leaves our pipeline, that human is you.
You will report to the CEO and work closely with the founders and our product team. You will bring a working map of Singapore's healthcare landscape, and we will help you go deep on geriatric care and our product.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the pipeline accurate and moving: CRM hygiene in HubSpot, deal stages, next steps and a weekly pipeline report
- Build and run AI agent workflows for account research, lead qualification, meeting briefs, follow-up drafts and CRM updates, and measure whether they save time and stay accurate
- Review agent output before it reaches a prospect, and fix the workflow whenever it gets something wrong
- Coordinate meetings, demos and site visits with hospitals, care operators and partners: scheduling, logistics, materials and follow-ups
- Prepare proposals, quotations and capability documents from approved templates, and assemble responses to RFQs and public tenders on GeBIZ and similar portals
- Monitor tender portals, grant calls and industry events, and flag relevant opportunities early
- Support conferences, events and international delegations before, during and after the day
- Maintain sales collateral and make sure every claim in it is accurate and approved
- Handle prospect and customer data in line with PDPA and Singapore's Do Not Call rules, and keep consent and contact records clean
- Bring what you hear in the field back to product and the founders
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, sales operations, account support or a similar role, ideally B2B (relevant internships count)
- Experience in or around Singapore healthcare, for example healthtech, medtech, pharma, aged care, community care or a public healthcare cluster
- A working map of Singapore's healthcare landscape: the public healthcare clusters, community care and aged-care operators, the agencies that shape the sector, and who to approach and how decisions get made
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate your own work, with an example you can show us: a workflow, an agent, a prompt library or an automation
- Excellent written English: clear emails, tidy documents, and care with facts and numbers
- Highly organised, with strong follow-through across many parallel threads
- Comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Good judgment about what an agent should and should not do on its own, and the confidence to flag when something looks wrong
- A professional, warm manner with senior clinicians, operators and partners
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or a similar CRM, and automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier or HubSpot workflows
- An existing network among clinicians, care operators or healthcare administrators in Singapore
- Experience with public-sector procurement
- Experience preparing tender or grant submissions
- Basic scripting or no-code building, for example Python or Apps Script
- Conversational Mandarin, Malay, Tamil or Korean, to support engagement with local operators and international partners
- A degree or diploma in business, communications or a related field
What We Offer
- Competitive salary with equity participation
- Hands-on training in AI agent tooling and modern sales operations
- Direct exposure to the founders, healthcare leaders and partners across Singapore and the region
- A small team where your work is visible from day one
- Health benefits and flexible work arrangements
- Learning budget for courses and conferences
- A clear path toward Account Executive or Partnerships roles as the commercial team grows
Your Impact
Hospitals and care operators adopt Elderwise only when someone makes the process easy for them. You will be that someone, and you will show what a small team can achieve when people and AI agents work well together. Every pilot you help move forward brings better-prepared assessments to more older adults and their caregivers.
Ajentik is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and assess every candidate on merit.
