Aufgaben

Bereit für den nächsten Schritt? Du möchtest Dich vom erfolgreichen Medizinprodukteberater/in (m/w/d) zur Führungskraft entwickeln, Dein eigenes Vertriebsgebiet und ein leistungsstarkes Vertriebsteam aufbauen? Dann wartet bei Akanni Healthcare eine spannende Herausforderung auf Dich:

  • Operativer Aufbau Deines Gebiets durch Neukundenakquise und Aufbau eines Vertriebsteams
  • Beratung von Fachpersonal zur modernen Wundversorgung sowie Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen und Schulungen
  • Gesamtverantwortung für den Vertriebserfolg Deines Gebiets und Deiner Teamkolleg:innen
  • Aufbau, fachliche Führung und Entwicklung Deines Vertriebsteams mit klarem Fokus auf Performance, Individualentwicklung und eine kollaborative Teamkultur
  • Aktive Weiterentwicklung Deiner Mitarbeitenden durch regelmäßiges Coaching, insbesondere im Rahmen von gemeinsamen Kundenbesuchen

Qualifikationen

  • Vertriebserfahrung in der Außendiensttätigkeit und im Vertrieb von medizinischen Produkten
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im kaufmännischen, medizinischen oder pflegerischen Bereich
  • Kenntnisse in der Wundversorgung sind ein Plus (Wundexperte)
  • Ausgeprägte Stärke in der aktiven Marktbearbeitung gepaart mit strategischer Vertriebsorientierung – von der systematischen Neukundengewinnung bis zur nachhaltigen Entwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Führungs- und Coaching-Erfahrung sind von Vorteil
  • Organisationstalent mit proaktiver Herangehensweise und exzellenter Kommunikationsfähigkeit – sowohl mit Kunden als auch im Team
  • Führerschein Klasse B
