Setronic ist ein kleines Handelsunternehmen, das auf Industrie-Akkus spezialisiert ist.

Wir sind Teil einer Gruppe verbundener Unternehmen in Schweden und Deutschland.

Zur Unterstützung unseres deutschen Teams suchen wir schnellstmöglich einen kontaktfreudigen und engagierten Menschen.

Sie vermarkten und verkaufen unser umfangreiches Produktsortiment an eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher deutscher Unternehmen.

Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch, arbeiten strukturiert und haben Freude am häufigen telefonischen Kundenkontakt?

Sind Sie eine engagierte, proaktive und kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit?

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

• Proaktiver Telefonvertrieb

• Identifizierung potenzieller Kunden und deren Entwicklung zu Stammkunden

• Kundenbetreuung sowie Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten

• Auftragsabwicklung in SAP

• Nachverfolgung von Lieferungen, Rückständen usw.

• Einholung von Frachtangeboten und Buchung von Lieferungen

• Unterstützung beim Verpacken von Waren während Urlaubszeiten oder sonstiger Abwesenheiten

Ihr Profil

• Talent und Freude für den telefonischen Kundenkontakt

• Gutes technisches Verständnis (ein Abschluss in Elektrotechnik ist nicht erforderlich)

• Bereitschaft zu langfristigem, beharrlichem Einsatz

• Dänisch Kenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)

Englisch Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

• Fähigkeit zu strukturierter, lösungsorientierter und eigenständiger Arbeitsweise

• SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
