Společnost AKNEL Group a.s. je významný výrobce a dodavatel procesních průmyslových olejů a maziv, odlučovačů aerosolů a CNC výroby vše určené pro strojírenský průmysl. Svým dlouhodobým působením v této oblasti se naše aktivity začali v roce 2014 rozvíjet i do okolních států EU (Slovensko, Maďarsko, Rumunsko, Polsko, Slovinsko, atd…) Z důvodu dalšího rozšíření a zkvalitnění naší činnosti vývojového týmu hledáme vhodné kandidáty pro obsazení pozice „Projektový HR specialista“. Co bude Vaší hlavní náplní práce? • Aktivní práce s produktovým portfoliem (500+ produktů) s využitím AI a dat • Možnost aktivně spoluutvářet marketingovou strategii firmy včetně využití AI • Tvorba marketingového obsahu pro WEB, Linkedin, FB a další kanály s využitím generativní AI • Příprava moderních prezentačních a promo materiálů • Spolupráce při tvorbě grafických podkladů pro nabídky • Příprava a spolupráce u nových projektů dle specifikace • Příprava podkladů pro technickou dokumentaci, provozní návody, technické listy • Spolupráce napříč interním týmem techniků a obchodníků • Monitoring konkurence, komunikace s managementem a být součást na strategických projektech Očekávané schopnosti: • Marketingového profesionála, který chce pracovat s i s AI jako klíčovým nástrojem • Samostatného a zodpovědného kolegu/kolegyni se smyslem pro detail • Schopnost propojit kreativitu, data a obchodní cíle • Výborné komunikační dovednosti a chuť spolupracovat napříč týmy • Profesní přehled se zaměřením z oblasti strojírenství • Znalost angličtiny pro pracovní komunikaci • Znalost produktů MS Office, (AutoCad, SolidCam – výhodou), Photoshop, Indesing – výhodou, atd…Nabízíme: • Možnost práce i z HomeOffice • Nástupní základní mzdu od 30.000,00 Kč • Samostatnou, zodpovědnou práci u stabilního zaměstnavatele • Možnost kreativní vynalézavosti • Účast na školeních a seminářích • Zvýhodněný mobilní tarif pro rodinné příslušníky
