We are looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy, and patient

Robotics and Coding Trainer

to inspire young minds.

In this role, you will lead engaging, hands-on classes, workshops, and holiday camps, teaching students the fundamentals of computer programming, engineering design, and robotics You don’t just teach syntax or mechanics;

you foster creativity, logical problem-solving, and resilience through interactive learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Dynamic Lessons: Conduct structured, high-energy coding and robotics lessons for children and teens, ensuring concepts are explained in an age-appropriate and exciting manner.
  • Guide Hands-On Building & Coding: Facilitate student learning using educational technology stacks (e.g., block-based coding, Python, JavaScript, LEGO robotics, Arduino, Micro:bit, or game design platforms like Minecraft Education/Roblox Studio).
  • Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Manage classroom behavior, encourage peer collaboration, and maintain a safe, inclusive, and fun atmosphere where students feel comfortable experimenting and making mistakes.
  • Track & Assess Progress: Monitor student growth, provide constructive feedback during sessions, and evaluate milestone projects.
  • Parent Communication: Maintain professional, encouraging relationships with parents by providing updates on student progress and achievements.
  • Curriculum & Lab Maintenance: Prepare lesson materials, set up robotics kits and laptops prior to class, and ensure equipment is properly organized and maintained after use.
  • Special Programs: Assist in developing or running holiday camps, school outreach workshops, and competitive robotics team prep where applicable.
