Als IT Security-Architekt*in entwickelst du die Sicherheitsarchitektur unserer IT-Landschaft weiter und bringst Sicherheitsanforderungen in technische Lösungen und Geschäftsprozesse ein. Dabei gestaltest du den Einsatz moderner Security-Technologien, steuerst komplexe Sicherheitsprogramme und stärkst die digitale Resilienz des Unternehmens.

Tu, was du liebst

  • Konzeption der IT-Sicherheitsarchitektur: Planung und Integration komplexer, fachgebietsübergreifender Sicherheitsstrukturen in die gesamte Unternehmens-IT (On-Premise, Cloud, Hybrid).
  • Security by Design & Default: Definition von Architekturstandards für alle neuen IT-Systeme und Softwareentwicklungen im Unternehmen.
  • Richtlinien-Gestaltung (in Kollaboration mit dem Referent ISB): Technische Umsetzbarkeit und strategische Ausrichtung der Vorgaben.
  • Schnittstellenmanagement: Integration von Sicherheitsanforderungen in geschäftskritische Prozesse anderer Fachbereiche
  • Technologie-Roadmap: Kontinuierliche Beobachtung der globalen Bedrohungslage und des Technologiemarktes; Herbeiführen von Grundsatzentscheidungen über die Einführung zukunftsweisender Sicherheitstechnologien.
  • Business Continuity Management (ITSCM): Federführende Gestaltung der technischen Wiederherstellungsstrategien für unternehmenskritische Systeme im Rahmen des BCM.
  • Krisenmanagement: Zentrale technische Leitung im IT-Krisenfall
  • Programmmanagement: Leitung hochkomplexer IT-Sicherheitsprogramme (Bündelung mehrerer Projekte) von der Vision bis zur operationalen Übergabe.

Zeig, was du kannst

  • Abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in dem Bereich IT Security
  • Expertise in der IT-Sicherheitsarchitektur in On-Premise-, Cloud- und Hybrid- Umgebungen
  • Erfahrung mit Security by Design & Default sowie Architekturstandards
  • Know-how in der technischen Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien und ISMS-Anforderungen
  • Erfahrung in der Integration von Sicherheitsanforderungen in Geschäftsprozesse
  • Kenntnisse im Business Continuity Management (BCM) und ITSCM
  • Souveränes Handeln in IT-Krisensituationen
  • Erfahrung im Budget- und Ressourcenmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung interdisziplinärer Teams
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer IT-Sicherheitsprogramme
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Anwendungsverantwortung für sicherheitsrelevante Systeme
