  • Preis- & Stammdatenpflege: Du pflegst Preislisten und sorgst für eine zuverlässige Bearbeitung unserer Auftragsbestätigungen.
  • Bestellmanagement: Du bearbeitest Bestellungen für den internen Bedarf – von der Auftragseröffnung bis zur Rechnungsprüfung.
  • Liefertermine & Retouren: Du behältst Liefertermine und Retouren im Blick, prüfst offene Vorgänge und kümmerst dich um die entsprechende Nachverfolgung.
  • Schnittstelle zu unseren Filialen: Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Filialen und unsere Logistik bei allen Fragen rund um den Einkauf.
  • Einkaufsvorbereitung: Du wertest relevante Daten aus und bereitest die Einkaufstermine für unsere Einkäufer vor.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und idealerweise bereits Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position.
  • Du hast ein gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis und erfasst Zusammenhänge schnell.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office, insbesondere mit Excel, und findest dich schnell in digitalen Tools und Systemen zurecht. Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics NAV ist von Vorteil.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenständig und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick.
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse, mindestens auf Sprachniveau C1.
